GFT takes Retirement Fund to court

An effort to get fair retirement for members of law enforcement is underway.  GFT Union files a Writ of Mandate in the Superior Court against the Gov Guam Retirement Fund.   GFT claims the Retirement Fund is in error by not paying the additional 10% to retired law enforcement and public safety officers that was mandated under PL29-105 for four years beginning in 2008.
