Small craft advisory in effect for Guam, Rota, Tinian and Saipan

A small craft advisory is currently in effect for Guam, Rota, Tinian and Saipan coastal waters until 10 o’clock Saturday morning. The National Weather Service reports that a tropical disturbance that is passing south of Guam is expected to bring wind speeds of 19-29 miles per hour into Saturday morning.
