Six clergy sex abuse cases to be heard tomorrow

Six cases of clergy sex abuse that were scheduled to be heard in federal court last week will instead be heard tomorrow. Four of the cases are against Archbishop Anthony Apuron. As reported, Apuron's attorney Jacque Terlaje previously advised the court she won't participate in settlement talks until Apuron's ongoing canonical trial in Rome is complete. Results from that trial are anticipated to be revealed sometime this summer. The hearing will start at 9:30 a.m. in the District Court...
