As a tropical paradise that attracts tourists with its warm weather, awesome beaches, and delicious native foods, Guam may be justifiably viewed as a laid back fun place where printed shirts, cargo shorts, and flip flops are the norm when it comes to everyday fashion. We do, however, also have several occasions when we need to ditch the casual look for something more formal, such as a wedding ceremony or a charity event such as the Make-A-Wish Foundation’s Black Tie and Tennis Annual Gala where a formal attire is required while at the same time it encouraged wearing informal footwear.
