Fifty years from now, where do we see Guam?

This is an important question that requires thought and community-wide deliberation. It's imperative that we start thinking of roads and transportation, and how these will support a population larger and more dynamic than what we have today. We need to consider where we'd like to see Guam in the years to come, and consider what we want Guam to be, and then determine the steps that will take us there.
