In this day and age when it seems the busy executive's well-being is constantly threatened by excesses in lifestyle -too much to eat and drink, too little sleep and exercise-one of the best things to do is to get to the gym for a much needed workout. More and more companies are providing wellness programs for their employees, so there is simply no excuse not to sweat it out. Many might still find one excuse or another not to burn the excess calories. They might complain that due to high demand at work, coupled with all the things they have to do at home, they simply don't have the time to do it.
